Christian Healing Ministries (CHM) is a sanctuary of the Lord’s love, a beacon of peace, and a haven of unity among all Christian denominations. It welcomes the entire body of Christ, embracing all its diverse traditions.
Our vision is to build a center of restoration, reconciliation, and recovery, where people from all walks of life and all parts of the world can come to experience the great healing love that Jesus has for each one of us.
God placed a dream on the hearts of Francis and Judith MacNutt, and it has become the dream of the whole CHM family. Our dream is to build a healing place where people can come to receive prayer and training, now and for generations to come.
Francis and Judith envisioned Jacksonville, FL as a “city of refuge” for healing prayer – a city where all who come asking for prayer will receive it.
They envisioned a healing center where physical healing happens every day; a center where those suffering from trauma or addiction can find relief and healing; a place where the presence of God is deeply experienced, and people feel safe.
The site plan you see below was given to the architect in a dream. When he awoke from this dream, his hands were pressed together in prayer just like the vision of the future chapel.
